Investment Banking – Equity Capital Markets – TMT – Senior Analyst

Join Citi’s Investment Banking team as a Senior Analyst focusing on Equity Capital Markets for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

• Work directly with the Heads of ECM TMT and the Growth Equity banking teams in our New York or San Francisco office.
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research.
• Evaluate a company’s financial performance compared to industry and market trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
• Clearly articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate closely with team members on the New York ECM desk.

• Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
