The associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $.

The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi‑tasking skills.

• 10+ years in a direct sales/origination's role in equipment leasing/structured finance.
• Customer/Client Relationship Management
• Customer/Client Industry Knowledge
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• In‑depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include GAAP and tax accounting
• Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development
• Proven ability to assess customer/client needs
• Proven negotiation skills

• Effective presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office software applications

• Travel 50%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
