We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our private equity team focused on power and renewable energy infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of renewable energy investments, including transaction execution, financial structuring, investor engagement, and portfolio management, within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial platform.
The Associate will play an integral role in evaluating, structuring, and managing investments while supporting relationships with capital providers (equity, tax equity, and debt), development partners, and third-party asset managers. This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and significant opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build, enhance, and rigorously stress-test complex project finance and valuation models across multiple capital structures, including tax equity and debt financings
- Support execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions
- Manage active project portfolios through development, permitting, construction, and financing
- Lead due diligence coordination and serve as a primary interface with financial counter parties
- Prepare investment memoranda, marketing materials, and investor presentations to support capital raising initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance and support asset-level and fund-level reporting
- Partner closely with Development, EPC, and Asset Management teams to drive value creation
- Contribute to broader strategic initiatives as the platform continues to scale
- 3–6 years of experience in renewable energy and/or finance (investment banking, project finance, infrastructure, or private equity preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in power markets, energy transition, and infrastructure investing
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Direct experience supporting or managing transaction processes
- Familiarity with tax equity and project finance debt structures
- Working understanding of renewable energy development and construction processes
- Experience coordinating due diligence and managing external counter parties
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to operate effectively in transaction environments
- Self-starter with high accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight timelines
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
