We are currently searching for a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services.

What You Will Do

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality‑of‑earnings reports.

• Research and financial analysis of target companies.

• Due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.

• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.

• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.

• Advance within the transaction advisory services group.

• Network and build strong relationships internally and externally.

• Invest in your professional development individually and through firm programs.

• Support the growth of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 6+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.

• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.

• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle priorities.

• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with experience in complex financial analysis.

• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to present analyses and lead initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with clients of various industries.

• Comfortable interacting with senior client personnel and supporting executive briefings.

Compensation range: $114,,000. Actual compensation influenced by skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
