As a Manager in Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping TRM’s financial trajectory by driving rigorous planning, analysis, and reporting with a primary focus on supporting GTM strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to deliver insights that help TRM scale efficiently and strategically.

You’ll lead core FP&A rhythms — including forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning — while building dynamic models and crafting clear, compelling narratives for executives, the board, and investors. This role is a strong fit for an analytically rigorous, detail-oriented finance athlete who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems collaboratively.
