Summary

Execute client orders across global markets as part of the outsourced trading team. This role focuses on high-quality execution, client interaction, and supporting the build‑out of products, geographies, and workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Execute equities and other asset classes with a strong focus on best execution and market awareness.
  • Manage day-to-day client order flow and provide responsive, professional client coverage.
  • Monitor markets, liquidity, and trading venues to optimize execution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate order handling, trade reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, products, and regional expansions.
  • Contribute to improving trading tools, workflows, and operational processes in coordination with technology and operations teams.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a buy‑side or sell‑side execution trader.
  • Required licenses:
    Series 7, 57, and 63.
  • Strong client engagement skills and ability to manage real‑time communication.
  • Familiarity with trading systems, market structure, and execution analytics.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with precision and accountability.
