We are currently looking to hire a dynamic senior analyst/associate to join 1
Sharpe Capital's real estate credit team. The candidate will ideally have 2-5years of background experience in any of the following industries: residential real estate, RTL origination or aggregation platform, mortgage credit or structured finance, capital markets, CRE real estate, asset management. This role will have a heavy emphasis in the residential transitional loan sector.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support firm in performing RTL, Construction, CRE deal credit review and trade execution
- Support firm in asset management and workout proposals
- Aid with fund level portfolio reporting (P&L, Performance, Investor Decks, etc)
- Support investor or lender data requests
- Aid team with general investment analysis, due diligence support, research and transaction management
- Work on ongoing operational process improvement efforts for 1
Sharpe's business lines
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in the US
- High proficiency in microsoft excel, power point, word, and outlook
- Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distill and summarize complex concepts
- Prior experience in structured finance, capital markets, real estate lending, accounting/finance background is a plus (but not necessary)
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000
- This role is eligible to receive an additional discretionary bonus annually
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
