The Capital Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of capital programs. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, monitors program performance, and drives operational and financial efficiency.
The position involves collaboration with investment teams, operations, finance, and senior leadership to ensure capital is deployed effectively and programs deliver targeted outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage capital programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives
- Track and monitor program performance, capital utilization, and key milestones
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights on capital programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on capital deployment, program operations, and fund administration
- Support due diligence, risk assessment, and performance analysis for capital initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, optimize capital allocation, and enhance governance processes
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of capital deployment, investment management, or program management principles
- Experience in capital program oversight, portfolio monitoring, or investment operations (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, SQL, or financial modeling tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
