What You’ll Do Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to own order management, commission reconciliation, and light collections across Salesforce and Net Suite. This role ensures accuracy and integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle—from deal close through invoicing, commission payout, and cash receipt.
This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Rev Ops and serves as a critical control point to ensure that booked revenue, commissions paid, and cash collected are fully aligned and auditable.
Key Responsibilities1. Order Management & Deal Audit
- Review all Closed‑Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure:
- Accurate products, pricing, terms, billing schedules, and revenue treatment
- Correct opportunity ownership, splits, and commission eligibility
- Validate alignment between Salesforce and Net Suite
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean handoff from opportunity to invoice
- Audit all commissionable deals prior to payout:
- Validate commission rates, splits, accelerators, and eligibility
- Confirm invoices are issued and paid in Net Suite per commission policy
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and Rev Ops
- Maintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external audits
3. Light Collections & AR Support
- Monitor past‑due invoices in Net Suite
- Conduct professional, relationship‑aware outreach on overdue balances
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to unblock payment issues
- Escalate risk accounts, trends, and aging concerns to Finance leadership
4. Process Ownership
- Serve as a functional bridge between Salesforce and Net Suite to ensure data accuracy and consistency across revenue systems
- Identify recurring deal, invoicing, or commission issues and recommend process improvements
- 100% of Closed‑Won deals audited prior to booking
- Reduced commission disputes and payout corrections
- Improved visibility into AR aging and collections follow‑through
- Clean, auditable Salesforce ↔ Net Suite handoffs
- 1‑3 years experience in Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, Sales Ops, or Order Management
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite (invoicing, AR, or order management)
- High attention to detail with a strong audit mindset
- Ability to enforce policy while partnering constructively with Sales
- Salesforce experience (Opportunities, Accounts, reporting)
- Experience with CPQ and subscription SaaS billing models
- Exposure to commission plans and incentive compensation
- Experience supporting audits or revenue compliance
- Familiarity with quote‑to‑cash integrations between Salesforce and Net Suite

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $50,000 – $90,000 per year.
