Implementation Manager, FP&A

Our client, a rapidly growing technology company that provides modern business planning and analytics solutions, is seeking an Implementation Manager, FP&A, to support their expanding customer base.

Location: The role is fully remote.

Job Description: This role blends financial expertise with client-facing execution, helping organizations streamline planning processes and better understand their operational drivers. This is a high-visibility position with strong long-term career path options across several business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring strong engagement and long-term success.
• Facilitate multiple client sessions per day, including hands-on work with financial models and business planning workflows.
• Build and refine financial models covering forecasting, performance reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize product usage.
• Track and improve key client success metrics such as activation, retention, and user proficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of core financial statements, forecasting, and analytical modeling.
• Background in FP&A, consulting, or other finance-oriented roles involving client interaction or system implementation.
• Ability to work with structured data (e.g., SQL, BI tools, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
