Position Overview

As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Greater SF Bay Area/South Bay/Silicon Valley, CA market. • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls.
• Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.

• Work experience:
  
  Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $39,894.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
