EnFin seeks an experienced and energetic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial planning and risk analysis functions for the company’s solar financing team. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position on a fast‑growing team with an opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy and success of the business. Major responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to successfully manage the overall business profitability, cash flow, and liquidity models.
In this role you will be creative and collaborative, solving problems and executing team‑wide initiatives while working closely with EnFin’s Capital Markets, Accounting and Risk Management teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who is detail‑oriented and able to contribute to the overall strategic vision. Communication with internal and external stakeholders is key, and experience in the fintech lending sector is a strong plus.
This position will be based out of our office location in San Francisco, CA.
- Build and manage financial analysis activities including modeling, dashboards and reporting packages (including ad hoc) in various environments.
- Build and manage key required business models including loan asset forecast, P&L and cashflow.
- Identify and monitor key financial and operational metrics/benchmarks, business risks, and new opportunities.
- Lead and assist in all aspects of P&L forecasting and reporting, including driving the monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles based on the sales planning and risk management analysis.
- Build a financial crisis management system by integrating risk analysis and contingency plans.
- Delinquency management and loan receivables aging analysis from financial perspectives.
- Lead any ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business‑related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in FP&A or a related field.
- Korean bilingual required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self‑motivated leadership and team player with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and relentless attention to detail.
- Strong work ethics and ability to research, identify, and troubleshoot problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work well in a fast‑paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly.
- CPA and professional experience at an accounting firm.
- Experience in the fintech and/or B2B2C lending sectors.
- 3+ years of professional experience in an accounting‑related field.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
