Responsibilities
* Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables, including providing appropriate direction and supervision to junior team members
* Prepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risks
* Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations
* Lead and train junior team members
* Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings
* Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology tools

Desired Skills & Experience
* Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)
* Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvements
* Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience managing teams and projects
* Business consulting experience
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, Black Line, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)
* CPA and or MBA beneficial
* Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficial
* Minimum 5
-7 years consulting/industry experience required
