Job Description
This position provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, meeting with clients to review financial and investment objectives, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. The role requires ongoing license and training, and is subject to SAFE Act registration and background checks.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan that incorporates brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs.
- Current Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses. A missing Series 66 may be fulfilled within 60 days of hire.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Goal‑oriented, with a proven ability to set and accomplish objectives.
- Strong relationship‑building and collaborative skills.

- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast‑paced environment.

- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.

Monday‑Friday open availability required, plus some Saturdays.

PayAnnualized salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities tied to performance metrics.
