Better Tomorrow Ventures is an early‑stage venture firm investing in the next generation of fintech founders building ambitious companies. We lead pre‑seed and seed rounds, and partner closely with exceptional entrepreneurs from day one.

We’re hiring an Associate/Senior Associate to join our core investing team. You’ll work directly with our General Partners and other team members on all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing to diligence to portfolio support. This is an opportunity to develop strong investment judgment, build deep relationships in fintech, and play a formative role at a high‑conviction, high‑velocity fund. We’re looking for someone excited to grow with us and build a long‑term career in venture.

• Source and evaluate early‑stage fintech companies across a wide range of subsectors
• Conduct due diligence and market research
• Develop and present clear investment memos
• Help support portfolio companies post‑investment
• Build relationships with fintech founders and investors
• Contribute to BTV’s internal operations and initiatives (e.g., events, community, content)

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in VC, investment banking, consulting, or a high‑growth fintech startup
• Familiarity with early‑stage startups and the venture ecosystem
• Demonstrated passion for technology and innovation in financial services
