• Lead execution of complex software M&A transactions from origination through close
• Manage all aspects of deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with software company executives and decision-makers
• Mentor and develop junior team members on transaction execution
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
• Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

• 4-6+ years of M&A investment banking experience with demonstrated focus on software sectors
• Proven track record of 3-4+ closed software M&A transactions
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead deal execution
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
