Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Budgeting

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional department heads to develop accurate financial targets.
Perform comprehensive budget-vs-actual variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
Prepare and present executive-level financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Accounting Operations & Month-End Close
Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Oversee full-cycle books of accounts and ensure strict adherence to accrual-based accounting principles.
Conduct complex account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance to guarantee data integrity across all financial systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve internal financial controls.
Audit, Compliance & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, supporting both statutory and tax audits by preparing required documentation and schedules.
Ensure all financial reporting and accounting operations maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Apply Management Accounting best practices to align financial reporting with overall business strategy and operational goals
Qualifications & Requirements

Certifications:

Active U.S. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly preferred/required.
Technical

Skills:

Deep expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, GL management, and accrual accounting.
Strong proficiency in budget development, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Experience managing month-end close procedures and preparing complete financial statements.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex accounting data into strategic business recommendations. Excellent communication skills for liaising with auditors and non-finance stakeholders.
