As an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service.
Job Responsibilities- Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
- Meet with branch‑assigned clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
• The role requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008, with continued employment contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act and timely renewal of NMLS registration.
• This position is also subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, with employment contingent on review of criminal conviction history and compliance with applicable regulations.

Base Pay/Salary:
San Francisco, CA $25.00 - $32.69 / hour
