Client Solutions Manager, Sr

About the Role

Responsible for credit and risk monitoring, credit review workflow management, and engagement with underwriting, QA, and QC partners. Leads or co‑leads cross‑offering of additional products and services to clients. Partners with senior commercial bankers to manage large, complex portfolios and assists with portfolio management, partner collaboration, and client engagement to grow commercial business relationships.

• Monitor credit and risk and manage the credit review workflow.
• Engage with underwriting, QA, and QC partners.
• Lead or co‑lead cross‑offering of products and services to clients.
• Partner with senior commercial bankers for the largest, most complex portfolios.
• Assist commercial bankers with portfolio management, partner collaboration, and client engagement.
• Identify additional loan, deposit and core fee income opportunities for new and existing clients.
• Recommend loan structure and terms and refer issues to the appropriate authority.
• Analyze credit to determine customer qualification for borrowing requirements.
• Attend meetings with clients to expand mature relationships.
• Serve as a liaison to core fee income partners, the credit department, and commercial support staff.
• Spend 30% of time on direct client‑impacting activities and consulting with bankers.
• Achieve annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits and core fees.
• Ensure proper risk mitigation and adherence to credit policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with bankers to present formal recommendations to the Credit Administration.
• Mentor, coach, and train others as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (preferred).
• More than 10 years of relevant commercial banking experience or prior experience as a Client Solutions Manager, Commercial Portfolio Manager or Commercial Underwriter.
• Expert knowledge of commercial underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management.
• Advanced relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong credit acumen, including loan structuring, concise underwriting and risk mitigation.
• Superior understanding of credit policy and procedures and ability to assess loan risks.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive‑level audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel as required.
• Available to work fully onsite at the posted location.

• Pay range: $ to $, dependent on experience and qualifications.
• Performance‑based incentive compensation may be provided.
