Chase - 560 Mission Street - Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Originating Bankers to gather project documentation and prepare credit committee pitch packages;
Analyze development budgets, operating statements, rent schedules, construction flow of funds, and third-party reports;
Coordinate with underwriters through the credit approval process and assist with closing calls and due diligence;
Review legal documentation prior to closing for accuracy and alignment with credit terms;
Support client meetings and participate in JPMorgan Chase industry events while monitoring construction progress and loan draw processes
