Market Director

• Serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing branch responsibilities.
• Be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management.
• Attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent.
• Coach all team members, ensuring they receive the right training and that development measures are results‑oriented and transparent.
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks.

San Francisco

Full Time

San Francisco: $225,000 – $275,000. This range is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. The role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

• Ideally 5‑7 years of experience with a leading financial institution.
• Proven experience creating strong partnerships.
• Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses.
• Motivated, self‑directed and driven.
• Skilled at creating a positive business culture.
