Mesta is building the Global Fiat + Stablecoin Operating System
: infrastructure that helps businesses move money faster, cheaper, and smarter across currencies, networks, and borders. We combine fiat payment rails, stablecoin infrastructure, compliance workflows, and treasury-grade product experiences so businesses can collect, hold, convert, route, and settle money globally. Mesta’s product suite spans virtual accounts, self-custody wallets, stablecoin payments, on/off-ramps, and future stablecoin yield workflows.

We are a high-velocity startup building real financial infrastructure, not demos. Our products touch live money movement, KYB/KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, FX, stable coins, wallets, settlement, reconciliation, and customer-facing money operations. Mesta provides payment infrastructure services using integrated fiat and blockchain-based rails and licensed partners where needed.

We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own a major new product surface at Mesta: a self-service sender and merchant platform that brings together white-labeled business onboarding, self-custody wallets, virtual accounts, stablecoin-to-fiat and fiat-to-stable flows, stable-to-stable transactions, merchant revenue controls, reporting, and future yield experiences.

The goal is to reduce merchant-led onboarding effort by allowing selected business senders to self-onboard through a white-labeled portal hosted and managed by Mesta. This is not a “write tickets and wait” PM role. You will turn an ambitious product idea into a shipped, trusted, revenue-generating product. You’ll work deeply with engineering, design, compliance, operations, customer success, and founders to define the roadmap, make hard tradeoffs, ship v1, launch with design partners, and scale the product into a core Mesta platform capability.

You’re a product leader who does not just write PRDs, you understand the full lifecycle of money movement. You can reason from merchant configuration to sender onboarding, KYB/KYC state, wallet creation, quote pricing, gas fees, transaction signing, settlement cutoffs, clawbacks, ledgers, revenue share, and reporting.

You think in terms of corridors, rails, fees, liquidity, risk, UX, and operational failure modes. You know the difference between a beautiful prototype and financial infrastructure that can safely move real money every day.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in fintech, payments, crypto, treasury, banking infrastructure, or API platforms.
• Strong understanding of fiat payment rails, stable coins, wallets, ledgers, FX, settlement, reconciliation, and compliance-heavy workflows.
• Experience shipping products where real money, customer funds, transaction status, auditability, and operational correctness matter.
• Ability to write crisp product specs, map edge cases, define MVPs, sequence complex roadmaps, and unblock engineering decisions.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, portals, internal tools, data models, and platform products.
• Strong product analytics instincts: funnels, activation, usage, error rates, transaction states, margin, revenue, and support drivers.
• Excellent judgment around risk, compliance, and customer experience.
• High-agency startup operating style: you can create structure from ambiguity and drive execution without waiting for perfect inputs.
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area

• Experience with USDC, USDT, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Polygon, CCTP, on/off-ramps, custody, self-custody, or institutional wallet products.
