Major Duties
- Develop new relationships and identify prospects, building marketing strategy for specific clients.
- Manage complex wealth‑management, banking credit, and treasury‑management client relationships, identifying opportunities beyond banking in investment and fiduciary areas.
- Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements according to senior bank and business‑unit guidelines.
- Analyze and negotiate loan terms, including special pricing conditions, interest rates, swaps, etc., under Credit Policy Committee guidelines, and oversee documentation preparation for financing agreements.
- Advise and consult clients regarding goal‑driven wealth management.
- Generate leads through established relationships with COIs and cultivate additional COI networks.
- Provide comprehensive, in‑depth consulting and leadership to team and partners as a subject‑area expert.
- Execute large‑scope, cross‑functional, technically difficult activities.
- Balance high‑level operational execution with strategic direction development for business function activities.
- Interact directly with committees and/or management.
- Strategically develop, implement, and administer programs within functional areas.
- Lead others to solve complex problems.
- Advanced knowledge of banking industry, competition, and financing; formal education and experience required.
- Understanding of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Negotiation, leadership, and sales skills to develop client and prospect relationships and partner networks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Capability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate adoption of alternate viewpoints.
- Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or field.
- At least five years in financial analysis, client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
- Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Base salary range: $158,010–268,640
USD.
