About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst — Corporate Financial Reporting to join our Data Analytics team in North America. You’ll be the analytics lead on the metrics that the Board, CFO, and executive team look at every week—the corporate scorecard, the financial KPIs, and the planning data that runs through our systems to report and plan our growing business.
As Oura matures into a scalable business and migrates to a unified data platform on Databricks, this role exists to make sure the numbers that leadership steers by are defined once, computed correctly, traceable end‑to‑end, and audit‑ready. You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, and the Data Engineering team to evolve our governed‑KPI program, deliver the next generation of executive reporting, and bring rigor to the data layer behind financial planning.
This is a hybrid role
, with 1‑2 days per week onsite at our San Francisco office.
- Own the analytics layer of the Corporate Scorecard — partner with the CFO’s office and FP&A to define, document, and deliver the financial KPIs that show up in Board and executive reporting including but not limited to Revenue, Gross profit/margin, adjusted EBITDA, Net
