Responsibilities
- Client support: cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active conversation and maintaining current information and documentation.
- Assist clients with banking products, digital offerings (Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile), and other firm services.
- Confirm and authenticate client authorization when processing requests.
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including gathering client data, adding required documentation, assessing risk, processing money‑movement transactions and handling estate needs.
- Enter orders and discuss reinvestment options, corporate actions and other investment decisions with clients as directed by Financial Advisors.
- Prepare financial plans, client reports and other materials for meetings.
- Review and act on client account alerts.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop a business plan and fulfill the client‑service model.
- Support marketing efforts by maintaining marketing materials, digital and social media content, and planning client events and seminars.
- Participate in available training and education programs, including firm strategic priorities, professional development and new platform updates.
- Perform administrative duties for Financial Advisors: telephone coverage, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, travel & expense report preparation, and calendar maintenance.
- Active participation in firm initiatives directed by local management and peer‑sharing activities.
- Will obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred;
High School Diploma or College degree preferred. - Strong knowledge of industry, product and branch procedures.
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization ability.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Team‑player who collaborates with others, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is goal oriented and self‑motivated.
- Knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance and managed accounts.

CompensationExpected base pay rates are between $35,152 and $90,000 per year al compensation may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other long‑ and short‑term incentive packages, and Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
