Hours:

29 hours per week. Availability:
Monday to Friday flexible (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), 3 full days of 8 hours and 1 day with a 5 hour shift with no lunch.

As a Teller you will handle cash, interact with members, and promote Provident’s products and services to help members manage their finances successfully. This role provides a foundation for future career possibilities within Provident.

• Assist members with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments, and ATM/Debit card replacements.
• Recognize member needs and make referrals that may benefit them.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Attend outreach/promotional events once a month or as needed.

• Great energy and the ability to execute procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills; bank teller experience preferred but experience in cash handling or retail acceptable.
• Desire and ability to learn new things.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Pay Grade: A2. Targeted Base Pay: $25.00/hr eligible for discretionary bonus twice a year.
