We’re seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to join our G&A Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership—including the CFO, CLO, CTO, and COO—supporting strategic decision‑making across our corporate functions.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CTO, COO), supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive‑level business reviews with clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Accounting on the month‑end close process and ensure accurate, timely flux analysis.
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable financial processes to support our growth trajectory.
- Partner cross‑functionally with other FP&A teams to ensure alignment in financial planning and strategy.
- Contribute to the development of long‑range plans and the annual operating plan across G&A functions.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or business partnering.
- Background in high‑growth public companies, SaaS, REITs (especially Data Centers), or multinational environments preferred.
- Strong operational mindset with a passion for process improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
- Problem‑solver with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
- Clear and confident communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to operate at all levels—comfortable zooming into detail while engaging in strategic discussions.
- Thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, highly self‑driven with strong prioritization skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation range: $130,000 to $160,000 annually. This range reflects the company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
