CFO

The role involves leading the financial strategy and operations of a start‑up private equity fund. The candidate will play a crucial role in aligning the company’s financial strategy with its business objectives, requiring strategic thinking and strong analytical skills to navigate the private equity landscape. The individual will oversee financial planning, risk management, record‑keeping, and financial reporting, driving the company’s financial strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within the private equity sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to strategize and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations is an advantage.
