Responsibilities
- Oversee all finance and accounting (FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, audit, IR)
- Lead M&A activity and capital strategy (debt, equity, and investments)
- Own IPO readiness preparation efforts
- Lead a high-performing global finance team
- Own all Board and Audit preparation and reporting
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- MBA highly preferred
- 3+ years in investment banking/private equity
- 7+ years in strategic finance/Fp&A at a high-growth technology business
- Experience and familiarity with M&A and IPO process
- Foundational knowledge of accounting
- "Hands on" mentality and attitude
Hyper scaling technology company is looking to hire a CFO to join its executive team and lead the business across all things finance and accounting.
This is a crucial hire for the business as they enter a pivotal growth chapter, scaling via M&A.
This will be both a strategic AND hands-on executive role, looking for a finance professional ready to elevate to a CFO position.
Position will ideally be based in the San Fran Bay Area.
