Job PurposeThis role provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients throughout the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings. The position acquires new and deepens existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals. It balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care.
Responsibilities- Recommend financial advice and guidance that aligns with client goals and needs.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients through the bank’s full capabilities.
- Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services that align with client priorities.
- Reach clients through outreach and pipeline management activities, maintaining consistent follow‑up routines.
- Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners.
- Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching during meetings.
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence clients effectively.
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and resolve problems.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
- Experience with outbound phone sales.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
- Experience with in‑person customer service and sales.
- Experience working with small business clients.
- Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
- Working knowledge of small business products and services.
