Greet clients and manage lobby traffic using a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options;
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices and adhering to bank procedures
