Wealth Management Advisor

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with affluent clients to identify their financial goals
• Analyze their financial landscape and develop recommendations that help them work toward well‑defined financial objectives
• Communicate complex financial solutions to clients
• Utilize interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
• Build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships
• Develop and implement financial solutions appropriate for their needs
• Obtain all mandatory licenses within 120 days from start date

• 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience;
  Required
• 5+ years building long‑lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience;
  Required
• FINRA Registrations:
  Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66 Licenses and Certifications
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) – CFP Board of Standards preferred
• Chartered Financial Analyst – Level I – CFA Institute. If you do not have the CFP or CFA certification, TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a CFP or CFA and increase your base salary upon successful completion; preferred

Demonstrates expertise in building and maintaining relationships with affluent clients while providing tailored financial solutions. Holds necessary financial licenses and certifications to effectively analyze and communicate complex financial strategies.
