Strategic Finance Senior Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Location:

San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $237,000 – $325,500 annually

• Drive topline growth forecasting for International expansion and communicate forecast assumptions with leadership
• Own and present the financial narrative of growth performance to senior leadership
• Identify and prioritize strong growth opportunities across international markets and retailer acquisition channels
• Develop and implement frameworks for real-time visibility into growth performance
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the growth portfolio before they appear in financial data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to track execution of growth objectives

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
• Ability to build financial frameworks from scratch, creating decision-ready narratives from raw data
• Expertise in analyzing multiple channels and markets to identify consolidated growth opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback) balanced with strategic insights
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance analytical work and automate tasks for efficiency
