Position overview:

The Managing Director –Senior Private Banker is responsible for originating, developing, and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on providing customized wealth management, investment solutions while ensuring the highest level of personalized service and confidentiality. The Private Banker acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging all relevant companies Safra Bank, Safra Securities, LLC, and J.Safra Asset Management (collectively referred to as “PB Services”), as appropriate full range of products and global capabilities to deliver comprehensive financial strategies that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow assets under management (AUM) and generate new money inflows according to annual goals.
  • Establish relationships with high-net-worth clients to monitor financial situation and identify client needs resulting in new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
  • Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions including escalated research requests.
  • Effectively collaborate with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university
  • 7+ years of related experience in financial markets and/or financial products or related
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses (FINRA) required.
  • Experience in a client-facing role working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating and growing profitable client relationships, with measurable revenue, AUM growth, or net new money contributions.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute new business development strategies, including prospecting, networking, and referral generation within HNW/UHNW segments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with UHNW clients, demonstrating discretion, judgment, and high-touch service standards.
  • Strong pipeline management and business development discipline, including consistent prospecting, conversion of new client opportunities, and sustained client engagement
