Decagon, an in-office SF-based AI pricing and GTM company, is seeking a Deal Lead to join the Pricing team at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Strategy. You’ll help shape the function from the ground up, building processes and enabling enterprise deals from quote to signature.
You’ll design operating models, stand up systems (Salesforce, CPQ), and partner with Sales, Legal, and Founder's Office to scale pricing and deal structures as the company grows.
