Are you looking for an opportunity to support a leading community and private bank serving Bay Area businesses, nonprofits and individuals? Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Treasury and Digital Banking Manager to become a critical part of our team.

The Treasury and Digital Banking Manager is a hybrid revenue‑generating and operational leadership role responsible for driving treasury management growth while ensuring the Bank delivers a seamless, high‑quality digital banking experience. This position leads the full lifecycle of treasury management engagement—from identifying client needs and recommending solutions to implementation, onboarding, and ongoing digital platform support.

Job Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Analyze client needs and recommend TM solutions that enhance cash flow, liquidity, and risk management.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals for potential clients of Private Banking and Commercial Banking.
  • Drive deposit growth and TM fee income through proactive prospecting and relationship expansion.
Client & Banker Relationship Management
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Private Banking Managers to win and grow profitable relationships.
  • Serve as a TM and Digital Banking subject‑matter expert; resolve client issues promptly.
  • Represent client needs in product enhancements; collaborate cross‑functionally to improve onboarding and service delivery.
Digital Banking Operations Management & Implementation
  • Supervise the Digital Banking Team and oversee the daily operations, including online/mobile banking, RDC, ACH, wires, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay.
  • Act as a working manager, providing hands‑on support and back‑up assistance as needed.
  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of new services, ensuring accurate setups, training, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Monitor digital service channels (email, chat) and ensure timely, high‑quality responses.
  • Prepare and present account analyses and service reports.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management systems, staying abreast of product features, functionality, enhancements, and regulatory or industry changes.
  • Proactively review system updates and enhancements to ensure optimal use of available tools and alignment with client needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Treasury Management vendors, coordinating issue resolution, troubleshooting system errors, and escalating items as needed.
  • Partner with vendors to request, evaluate, and test new features or functionality enhancements that improve operational efficiency or client experience.
Risk, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with TM, ACH/NACHA, wire, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to controls and processes.
  • Complete daily operational reports, certifications, and system monitoring checklists.
Training & Internal Support
  • Train clients and internal team on TM and digital banking features, security best practices, and processes.
  • Support bankers with product knowledge and positioning for TM opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years’ financial services experience; minimum 5 years in Treasury/Cash Management.
  • Strong understanding of TM products, digital banking platforms, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and lead digital service functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn bank systems.
