• Lead the quarterly and yearly forecasting process for subscription revenue, gross profit, and ARR by working closely with sales and product business partners.
• Evaluate health of key subscription metrics (active networks, attach rates, churn rate) by customer and cohort to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities for the subscription business
• Participate in deal negotiations with new ISP customers on hardware and software pricing terms
• Be an integral part of the monthly financial close process by performing variance analysis and providing relevant insights to senior management. Identify potential risks and opportunities and make adjustments to the forecast
• Work actively with your business partners to determine their reporting needs and support their growth initiatives
• Provide financial support for ad hoc business analyses related to subscription business and prepare periodic reporting activities to Devices and Corp FP&A

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Knowledge of of financial reporting tools (Cognos, Redshift)
• Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A (at a multinational organisation), including influencing senior business partners and challenging assumptions
