We are looking for an experienced Global Tax & Compliance Director to lead corporate tax operations and strengthen compliance practices for a complex business environment in San Francisco, California. This role will oversee income tax provision activities, direct corporate tax filing obligations, and guide the effective use of tax technology to support reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep technical tax expertise, sound leadership judgment, and the ability to partner across functions to manage risk and improve processes.

• Lead global tax compliance, including corporate tax filings, VAT/GST, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and multi-country reporting.
• Manage tax provisions, forecasting, and financial reporting compliance.
• Oversee year-end tax processes, audits, and tax authority inquiries with internal and external partners.
• Advise on domestic and international tax strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Assess tax risks related to cross-border operations, foreign entities, and permanent establishment matters.
• Improve tax operations through automation, systems enhancements, and technology solutions.
• Handle entertainment industry tax requirements, including multi-state and international filings.
