Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a motivated part-time summer analyst to join our client service team and help us deliver the kind of best-in-class service our clients have come to expect. This is a true hands-on opportunity where you'll partner directly with our relationship managers and advisors on real client work, gaining invaluable exposure for anyone pursuing a career in wealth management.
- Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
- Schedule: Part-time Monday through Thursday, in office, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $25/hour
- Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center
- Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing to client for signature
- Manage client account maintenance by updating client contact information as needed
- Partner with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to Syon Capital's investment team in the CRM
- Complete subscription documents for alternative investments in CAIS/iCapital
- Partner with the Investment team on new cash deployments and portfolio creation
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and an anticipated graduation date of December 2026
- A high degree of thoroughness with careful and deliberate attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
