The business operates across multiple legal entities, geographies, currencies, and revenue models, creating a uniquely complex financial environment. The successful candidate will bring both transaction expertise and operating experience, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic capital decisions and the details required to build a sophisticated finance organization.

  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, close, revenue recognition, audit, internal controls, and financial systems across a multi-entity organization.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models used to guide executive decision-making, Board discussions, capital planning, and lender relationships.
  • Manage cash positioning, foreign exchange exposure, working capital, and treasury activities across multiple currencies.

M&A & Corporate Development
  • Partner directly with the CEO and Board to identify and evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead financial diligence, valuation, transaction modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, and execution.
  • Coordinate legal, accounting, tax, and other external advisors throughout the transaction process.
  • Develop and oversee post-close integration plans to ensure acquired businesses are successfully incorporated into the broader organization.
Legal & Corporate Governance

  • Manage commercial agreements, corporate governance, entity administration, and other core legal matters.
  • Establish an effective outside-counsel network and determine when legal capabilities should be brought in-house.
  • Help navigate evolving regulatory requirements across the company s international markets.
Board & Executive Partnership
  • Serve as the primary finance leader to the CEO and a trusted advisor to the Board.
  • Prepare and present Board-level financial materials, operating metrics, forecasts, capital plans, and strategic analyses.
  • Support Board committees and participate in discussions surrounding compensation, audit, financing, acquisitions, and corporate strategy.

Experience and Background Desired:
  • Approximately 3–7 years of investment banking experience, ideally including meaningful exposure to M&A, leveraged finance, or other complex transactions.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build models independently and clearly articulate the assumptions, sensitivities, and conclusions behind them.
  • Strong understanding of valuation, transaction structuring, capital formation, and financial diligence.
High-Growth Operating Experience
