INTERIM DIRECTOR OF FP&A RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Support long-term strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and business analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct quarterly and monthly reforecasts, updating assumptions and financial models based on performance and changing business conditions.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
• Develop variance analyses, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct profitability analyses across business units, product lines, and markets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate key drivers of margin performance, including pricing, sales mix, and operating expenses.
• Track capital expenditures and their impact on financial performance
• Create and maintain scenario models to assess the financial impact of business decisions, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights into potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with management teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to construct long-range P&L and cash flow models, develop strategic insights and analytics, and present key findings to business leaders.
• Highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in creating and managing project plans.
