The Investment Banking Analyst will play an integral role in transaction execution and client advisory assignments. Analysts are involved in every stage of the deal process, from financial analysis and valuation to preparing client materials and coordinating diligence efforts.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, merger, and LBO analyses.
• Support the execution of sell‑side M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and board materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction processes.
• Work closely with senior bankers and client management teams throughout live engagements.
• Monitor industry trends and developments across software, internet, and technology‑enabled services markets.

• Minimum 6 months of investment banking experience, ideally within technology, M&A, or capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience preparing client‑facing presentations and transaction marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and transaction execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
