Investment Banking Analyst

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

FT Partners comprises a team of highly experienced professionals with backgrounds in the financial technology, M&A, and investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs in New York, San Francisco, London, and Los Angeles.

• Building detailed financial models and valuations
• Conducting industry and company research
• Preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations
• Supporting client engagements, due diligence, and execution
• Collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes
• Mentoring and training new analysts and interns

• 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell‑side advisory.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• U.S. work authorization required (FT Partners does not sponsor applicants for work visas).
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take initiative.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team‑oriented environment.
