Elite Boutique – Vice President​/Senior Associate, Healthcare M&A

Blacklock Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Elite Boutique Investment Bank in San Francisco as they continue to expand their Healthcare M&A platform at the Senior Associate & Vice President level.

This is a compelling opportunity to join a top-tier advisory team recognised for delivering on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across the healthcare sector. The group is distinguished by its deep industry expertise, lean deal teams, and a highly collaborative, execution-focused culture.

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence coordination
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality client materials, including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Play an active role in client interactions, strategic advisory discussions, and transaction negotiations
• Supervise and mentor Analysts, ensuring quality control and professional development
• Support senior bankers in origination efforts, contributing to idea generation and maintaining strong client relationships

• 4–8 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong preference for Healthcare and/or M&A exposure
• Proven ability to independently manage work streams across live transactions
• Advanced technical expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies
• Strong leadership capability with experience overseeing junior team members
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Background from an Elite Boutique, Bulge Bracket, or top-tier Middle Market firm preferred
