A high-growth client is seeking a Director, Tax & Treasury to lead and scale its tax and treasury functions. This is a strategic leadership position offering the opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership while building the infrastructure, controls, and processes necessary to support continued domestic and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the company's global tax strategy across U.S. federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions.
- Oversee quarterly and annual tax provision processes in accordance with ASC 740.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the organization's global tax structure while maintaining compliance.
- Support tax planning initiatives related to legal entity structures, intellectual property, financing arrangements, and strategic business initiatives.
- Manage tax audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries.
- Develop and execute global treasury strategies to support business growth and operational objectives.
- Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management activities.
- Design and implement treasury policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams on debt management, intercompany funding, and capital structure initiatives.
- Assess tax implications of new products, partnerships, and commercial arrangements.
- Support audit readiness, SOX compliance initiatives, and public-company preparedness efforts.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements across tax and treasury functions.
- CPA certification required.
- Progressive experience in corporate tax, treasury, or finance leadership roles.
- Expertise in U.S. corporate tax and international tax
- Experience leading treasury operations
- Strong understanding of multinational corporate structures and global finance operations.
- Proven success building and scaling processes within a high-growth environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
