Our client is a consumer-focused private equity firm that has raised over $1.4 billion and invests exclusively in lower middle market consumer products businesses across categories such as food & beverage, beauty, pet, and household products. They're looking for a sharp, high-ownership Investment Associate to join a lean team in SF.

Associates play a central role across the full investment lifecycle, including financial modeling, diligence, transaction execution, investment committee materials, and portfolio company monitoring, while working directly with senior investment professionals and management teams.
Day to Day- Assume a lead role in the modeling, financial analysis and valuation of potential transactions
- Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for the Firm’s analysis of transactions
- Play an integral role in the transaction team through the due diligence and closing process
- Monitor existing investments in the firm’s portfolio
Two to four years of strategy consulting, investment banking experience required, and additional operating experience is welcomed.
