The Role
You will partner with the CEO and management team on company strategy, organizational design, and resource allocation. You will guide product economics, pricing, and partner negotiations; lead capital markets and strategic transactions; communicate with the Board and investors; scale the finance function; and develop an AI strategy for finance.
Requirements- Experience navigating primary capital raises, debt financings, or M&A
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for boards, investors, and external stakeholders
- Experience operating in a high-growth startup
- Fintech infrastructure or application-layer experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Shape the company and operating model with the CEO and management team
- Drive resource allocation and long-term value creation
- Guide product strategy, pricing, packaging, and payments economics
- Negotiate with financial partners and banks
- Lead capital markets, capital raises, debt facilities, M&A, and strategic transactions
- Communicate financial performance, outlook, and strategy to the Board and investors
- Build, manage, and scale the finance function
