As Vice President, you will play a central role in executing complex healthcare transactions across the capital structure. Youwill work directly with senior bankers and healthcare company management teams on IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements,M&A transactions, and strategic advisory engagements. The ideal candidate brings significant investment banking experience with demonstrated proficiency in transaction execution and financial analysis. You have worked on multiple capital markets transactions or M&A deals, preferably within healthcare or life sciences sectors, and possess the technical skills and professional maturity to operate with increasing independence.

You demonstrate strong quantitative capabilities,sophisticated financial modeling expertise, and the analytical rigor required to evaluate complex healthcare business models.
