Overview
Client Relationship Manager III (Commercial Loan Officer III)

Responsibilities- Develop relationships with prospective clients by identifying their financial needs and offering the bank’s products and services.
- Understand and explain a wide range of loan products including CRE, C&I, Construction, Lines of Credit, and Letters of Credit; assess loan requests within risk and policy guidelines; prepare and submit required documents for approval.
- Provide service to existing client relationships and represent the bank in local civic, social, and professional activities.
- Retain and grow loan and deposit relationships; perform other duties as assigned.
- You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Required Knowledge: Knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures, and familiarity with relevant regulations and standard banking practices.
- Experience
Required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. - Skills/Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong math skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development techniques and cross-selling skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze and handle credit requests.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good personal computer skills; ability to use Word and Excel.
- Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
