As a Summer Intern, you'll gain meaningful exposure to financial planning, client service, and advisory work through real-world experience, mentorship, and collaboration with teams across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, build lasting relationships, and develop the skills that can serve as the foundation for a future career in wealth management.

Our Internship Program Offers the Following and More:Client & Advisory Experience
- Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply your learning through a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory experience.
- Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
- Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals who are invested in helping you learn, grow, and succeed throughout the summer.
- Participate in career development programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
- Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management.
- Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book club discussions that foster learning, connection, and professional growth.
- Develop an understanding of how teams across the firm collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience.
- Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities that help you build relationships and experience Brighton Jones' culture firsthand.
- Engage in volunteer opportunities that reflect our commitment to community and making a positive impact.
- High-performing interns may have the opportunity to return as a full-time Analyst following graduation.
- Program dates are June 14th - August 5th, 2027.
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by December 1st, 2026.
- Candidates should be on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028 and be eligible for consideration for future full-time opportunities following graduation.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-office.
